-We use UPS 2nd day delivery. Keep in mind that someone has to be home to sign for the package, however, UPS will make 3 delivery attempts.

What is your return policy?

-They are produced in Europe at the Monaco Chain™ factory.
Does the Monaco Chain™ get scratched?
-Yes, like any other gold metal does. Gold does get scratched over time depending on the wear and tear. You can have it polished every few years at any independent gold polisher.

I just received my chain n it
Was suppose to be 8 mm but it was only 7.5 mm make sure yall get a 9 mm if u trynna get a 8mm because they lie n they not the size i was expecting it to be

Monaco Chain measures width at the lock, and due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations of up to 0.5mm are completely normal.
We also note on every product page that there may be a ±5% difference in width, length, and weight. For example, an 8mm chain will typically have links that measure around 7.5mm wide, as shown in the product illustration.
That said, we completely understand your concerns. It’s our priority that you feel good about your purchase. I believe you’ve already reached out to our customer service team, and we’d be more than happy to offer you a full refund or exchange the item for a wider chain, if that’s your preference.
