No, at the moment Oro Monaco is only an online store.

  • Our pre-orders let you secure a custom piece that isn’t currently in stock. When you place your pre-order, your payment is processed, and our skilled team will handcraft your item just for you. This process takes about 25 days. Once your piece is ready to ship, we’ll send you a text and email with the tracking information so you’ll know exactly when it’s on its way. Please note that pre-orders are custom-made and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Oro Monaco uses UPS 2nd-day delivery for all orders.

 

At the moment, Oro Monaco only ships within the United States, including Puerto Rico.

 

fter your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. Once your order has been processed, please allow 1–3 business days for delivery.

At Oro Monaco, we offer free UPS 2nd-day delivery for all domestic orders.

 

You will receive updates and tracking information via email and text message once your order has been processed. This typically takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address once an order is placed. However, we can either redirect your package to a nearby UPS Access Point for pickup or cancel your order so you can place a new one with the correct address.

All products purchased together under the same invoice number will be delivered in a single package. If you make multiple checkouts on the same day, each will have a different invoice number, resulting in separate deliveries.

You will receive a free Monaco Chain™ box with each order of up to two chains. If your order includes more than two chains, you will receive multiple Monaco Chain™ boxes.

Our carriers deliver Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. On some occasions, deliveries may also occur on Saturdays.

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. Once your order has been handed over to UPS, we are unable to cancel it. All orders are dispatched at 4:30 PM EST, so please email us at support@oromonaco.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. If you are unable to cancel your order, you can always request a return within the first 10 days to receive a full refund.

Yes, all packages sent by Oro Monaco require an adult signature.

Yes, we offer free shipping to Puerto Rico.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, products purchased through payment plans—such as Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, or Acima—are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or Oro Monaco™ store credit for items returned within 10 days of delivery. To receive a full refund, please follow the requirements below:

Return / Exchange Requirements:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and free of scratches.

  • Security tags must be attached to the product. (If tags are cut or removed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.)

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, including the certificate card.

Note: Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued for purchases made using a payment plan, such as Shop Pay Installments.

To receive a refund, the Oro Monaco™ tag attached to your chain must remain intact. The chain must be returned unused and free of scratches, along with its certification, in the original Monaco Chain™ box within 10 days of receiving the product.

Note: Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued for purchases made using a payment plan, such as Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, or Acima.

Please allow 3–5 business days from the day we receive your return for our experts to inspect the product. Once it is confirmed that the product has not been worn or damaged, we will immediately process your refund or exchange.

Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the jewelry in order to receive a full refund. Please ensure your package is insured, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

On each product page, you will find a chain length guide showing various lengths on a model. Each chain is offered in limited sizes based on popularity and style.

WARRANTY

Oro Monaco™ offers two types of warranties:

1-Year Limited Warranty:
Covers any mechanical issues with the box clasp and any missing stones on our cubic zirconia products.

30-Day Limited Warranty:
Covers defects in materials and workmanship for all products for 30 days from the date of original purchase. During this period, if a defect occurs and you follow the instructions to return the product, Oro Monaco™, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, will either:

  1. Repair the product,

  2. Replace it with the same or a similar product in new or similar condition, or

  3. Issue a store credit or refund for the purchase price of the product.

Additional Terms:

  • Oro Monaco™ is not obligated to repair or replace products damaged by excessive or abusive use.

  • No repair, replacement, or refund will be provided until the defective product is examined by one of our experts.

  • When a refund or store credit is issued, the returned product becomes the property of Oro Monaco™.

  • The warranties do not cover lost or stolen items.

  • General wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or scratches are not covered under the warranties.

NOTE: Proof of purchase, such as an order number or store receipt, is required to submit a warranty claim. The authenticity certificate card included with your order must also be provided. Without both, Oro Monaco™ cannot offer any warranty, and no exceptions will be made.
